Determine whether there is enough reason to examine revenue visibility more deeply.
The Revenue Governance Gate is the initial screening phase of the Revenue Governance Standard.
It screens whether there is sufficient indication that leadership may lack visibility into one or more material revenue conditions, signals, pathways, or blind spots such that deeper examination through RFID is warranted.
RGG does not establish a revenue fracture, root cause, financial loss, control failure, complete revenue visibility, or audit assurance.
One defined decision. Six governed visibility questions.
RGG is completed in relation to a specific leadership decision, resource commitment, timing question, or revenue position.
Decision Context is established first.
For each question, decision relevance and materiality are judged before the current visibility response is recorded.
A condition is material when, within the defined Decision Context, its presence, absence, or unresolved status could reasonably alter the leadership decision, resource commitment, timing, or revenue position being examined.
The Gate does not use a response tally, numerical score, traffic-light result, or automatic clearance threshold.
One governed Gate. Two ways to use it.
RGG v3.2 is available as both a web-native executive screening experience and the formal Founders Phase Release PDF.
Both apply the same Revenue Governance Gate methodology and determination hierarchy.

REVENUE GOVERNANCE GATE
Define the decision before examining revenue visibility.
Revenue visibility is decision-specific. Establish the decision or action that this Gate will examine.
Revenue Governance Gate — Gate Output Record
The recorded position below is bounded to the defined Decision Context and the information examined through this Gate.
Privacy note: this web-native Gate is designed to operate locally within the browser. Decision Context, question responses, identified conditions, rationales, and output-record notes are not submitted to Obravor by this instrument. Standard site analytics may record non-substantive interaction events such as Gate start, completion, PDF selection, printing, or movement to RFID.
A Gate position is not a diagnostic conclusion.

Use RGG v3.2 PDF →RGG v3.2 — Founders Phase Release.
RGG v3.2 has completed the Obravor founders-phase adversarial examination process and is released for institutional use within its defined jurisdiction and authority boundary.
Deeper examination begins only when the Gate warrants it.
RGG does not exist to push every revenue-relevant decision into RFID.
Its role is to determine whether available visibility gives leadership a credible reason to stop at the Gate or a governed reason to examine the condition more deeply.
