Overview
Executive Resources are published revenue governance instruments developed by Obravor to help executive leaders examine the visibility surrounding consequential revenue decisions before greater commercial commitments are made.
Each resource applies Obravor’s revenue governance thinking to a defined commercial question, allowing leadership to engage directly with the relationship between visibility, evidence, accountability, organizational conditions, and revenue outcomes.
The purpose is not to prescribe what leadership should do.
The purpose is to make the conditions influencing a revenue decision more visible before additional resources, campaigns, systems, initiatives, or commercial expectations are advanced.
Executive Resources make revenue governance practical.
Revenue governance is often encountered after a commercial consequence has already appeared.
Executive Resources are designed to bring revenue governance forward, closer to the point where decisions about spend, strategy, execution, technology, customers, pipeline, and growth are still being considered.
Each instrument provides a structured way to examine whether the visibility surrounding a revenue decision is proportionate to the commitment, accountability, and potential commercial consequence attached to it.
The Executive Resource Library
The Obravor Executive Resource Library contains three distinct forms of executive engagement.
Foundational Executive Experiences
Foundational Executive Experiences introduce the broader distinction between revenue information and revenue visibility.
They allow executives to experience the perspective from which Obravor’s revenue governance instruments are built before examining a specific role-based commercial decision.
Revenue Governance Instruments
Revenue Governance Instruments apply Obravor’s methodology to a defined commercial decision, commitment threshold, structural condition, or area of revenue accountability.
These resources are practical, focused, and designed to stand on their own.
Executive Decision Instruments
Executive Decision Instruments are role-specific perspective-transfer experiences built around one consequential revenue decision carried by an executive leader.
Each instrument examines how accurate metrics, forecasts, reports, dashboards, customer information, and commercial evidence may still leave material conditions outside the executive’s current field of visibility.
Each paid Executive Decision Instrument includes an interactive Executive Experience and a companion Executive Review PDF.
Each instrument examines one revenue decision.
Executive Resources are intentionally focused.
They are not general commentary, broad education, sales instruction, or promotional material.
Each instrument is built around one executive responsibility, one consequential revenue decision, and the conditions that may influence that decision before leadership has fully accounted for them.
The objective is not to make executives agree with Obravor.
The objective is to create an experience through which they independently recognize whether greater revenue visibility may be required.
Start with the foundational experience.
What You Don’t Know You Can’t See
Resource Type: Foundational Executive Experience
Status: Available
Access: Complimentary
What You Don’t Know You Can’t See introduces the distinction between having revenue information and possessing sufficient revenue visibility.
The experience examines how campaign metrics, customer data, performance reports, forecasts, and revenue dashboards may each be accurate while still presenting only part of the conditions influencing a commercial commitment.
It does not evaluate one specific revenue decision.
It establishes the revenue governance perspective from which Obravor’s decision-specific instruments are built.
Estimated Experience Time: Approximately 5–10 minutes

Executive Revenue Commitment Assessment (ERCA)
Publication No.: Executive Resource 001
Resource Type: Revenue Commitment Assessment
Status: Available
Access: Complimentary
The Executive Revenue Commitment Assessment (ERCA) is an executive governance instrument designed to establish greater visibility into how digital structures influence client outcomes, revenue outcomes, and executive decision-making before commercial commitments are authorized.
The ERCA examines observable revenue consequences, underlying digital fractures, and the governance considerations that should become visible before leadership authorizes commercial commitment.
Rather than recommending commercial action, the ERCA establishes executive visibility so leadership can determine how that understanding should govern future revenue decisions.
Estimated Completion Time: Approximately 10 minutes

Future Executive Resources
Additional Executive Resources will be developed to support visibility before decisions involving revenue operations, lead qualification, pipeline integrity, marketing accountability, customer acquisition, sales process, retention, pricing, technology, revenue reporting, and commercial governance.
As the library expands, each publication will continue to serve the same institutional purpose:
Helping executive leaders determine whether the visibility surrounding an important revenue decision is sufficient before greater commercial commitment occurs.
